Dallas FAN provides a comprehensive system of Communication, Access, Resources and Education (C.A.R.E.) for network agencies by facilitating coordination and collaboration between partners. The program monitors the impact of services in the community and the psychosocial factors inherent to those affected by HIV.
The Dallas FAN website, built on the Concrete5 platform, provides a sophisticated business website that is easily navigated and searchable for browsers of the site. Every aspect of the site is editable using the Concrete5 system on the backend to ensure that the client has maximum control of the content within the site.
